Bandit has so much love to give, but no one was giving him a chance. CARE Rescue LA took that chance with him, and saved him from a high kill shelter. They soon realized that although he didn’t socialize well with other doggies, he was an incredibly friendly, lovable “lap dog” with people! We are so happy to say that Bandit has been adopted!
