Phoenix is an amazing dog with a heartbreaking story. He was found chained to a fence and hidden under bushes when the rescuer was walking his other dog. Phoenix had been chained to a car and dragged behind it, then chained to the fence. When he was rescued by A Wish For Animals, he was missing fur in many places. But he is a survivor and still has a loving soul. Phoenix now lives a country life in his forever home with his new family.
